Reconnecting the printer
If your orders aren't printing, please follow the steps below
- Make sure there is power to your printer
- On the epos, go to "settings" Or double tap the printer icon (showing printer disconnected)
- Press "Select USB"
- Now choose your printer (/Dev/Bus/USB/003/....)
- If your printer does not appear, restart the printer.
- If this still does not show, please change the usb port in the Epos. And then follow steps 2-4 again
