Reconnecting the printer

If your orders aren't printing, please follow the steps below

  1. Make sure there is power to your printer
  2. On the epos, go to "settings" Or double tap the printer icon (showing printer disconnected)
  3. Press "Select USB" 
  4. Now choose your printer (/Dev/Bus/USB/003/....) 
  5. If your printer does not appear, restart the printer.
  6. If this still does not show, please change the usb port in the Epos. And then follow steps 2-4 again
