How to Change My Bank Payout Details

To change your bank details, please email your new bank details to 

payments@kayana.co.uk

We will update your bank details within 48 hours.

One of the following documents or pictures will be required to carry out the change.

  • Bank Statement
  • Deposit Ticket
  • Screenshot of the online booking form
  • Official Email or letter from the bank

Bank Statement Requirements:

  • The account holder's name on the document has to match the legal business or trading name of your company
  • Visible account number or IBAN
  • The date on the document is no older than 12 months
  • Shows the country where the bank account is located (for banks in the EU, the country is included in the IBAN)
  • Must be an official bank document that shows the bank logo, the bank name, or a bank-specific font
