Connecting the printer in the Partners Application
Depending on if you have Bluetooth printer or USB Printer, you can reconnect your device following the steps below.
- Select "More" and then press "Settings" (Alternatively you can double tap the printer icon)
- If you have a USB Printer, select this option and choose your printer from the pop up. (If your printer is connected to your Tablet with a cable then choose this option)
- If you have a Bluetooth Printer, select this device, and choose your printer from the pop up.
- If connection can not be established, make sure printer is turned on, if already is, restart the device.
- If a USB Printer still does not connect, please check your cable and change the connection to the USB Port, then follow steps 1-2 again.
